Facility Condition Assessments Released

In fall 2025, Portland’5 Centers for the Arts engaged Säzän Group to conduct Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of the Portland’5 venues. The FCAs were designed to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the physical conditions of building systems, along with short, medium, and long-term cost projections for facility repairs and replacements. 

The reports include executive summaries that present a facility overview, key findings and recommendations, and total estimated costs. In addition, the reports provide detailed inventories of asset conditions, corrective actions, and recommended follow-up assessments.
