Gift cards can be purchased online, in person at our main box office (1111 SW Broadway Ave; open Wednesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM), or by phone at 503-248-4335 (Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM), and may be purchased for any amount. Orders placed by mail will be sent within 2-4 business days.

Please note: Portland'5 gift cards are valid for tickets to any performance sold on the Portland'5 ticketing system.  Gift cards cannot be redeemed for events sold on other ticketing systems, including but not limited to: Oregon Symphony, Oregon Children's Theatre, Portland Opera, Oregon Ballet Theatre, Portland Youth Philharmonic, Portland Gay Men's Chorus, Shen Yun, NW Dance Project, and White Bird.

  • How to redeem

    All gift cards can be redeemed by phone or in person at our box office for tickets to any performance sold at our box office. Current Portland'5 gift cards with a scratch-off PIN may also be used as a payment method when buying tickets online. See above for restrictions.

  • Refunds

    Refunds are available only to the gift card purchaser, within 30 days of gift card purchase. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except for balances less than $20.
