Box Office Locations

Our main box office sells tickets for most events in the Portland'5 venues. Some event tickets may not be available through Portland'5. Please check event information pages for details about tickets.

    1111 SW Broadway Ave., Portland, OR 97205, inside Antoinette Hatfield Hall. Open Wednesday–Friday 12pm–5pm, and 2 hours prior to events. Closed on federal holidays.

Please check event information pages for detailed information on how to buy tickets. The Portland'5 Box Office does not sell tickets for certain events, including the Oregon Symphony, Oregon Children's Theatre, Portland Opera, Oregon Ballet Theatre, and Portland Youth Philharmonic. 

Will-Call Tickets

You must have photo ID to pick up your will-call tickets. Will-call tickets are available at the events' venue box office 2 hours prior to the show. If you are picking up will-call tickets earlier than 2 hours prior to show, please visit the main Portland'5 Box Office.

Accessible (ADA) Tickets

To purchase accessible (ADA) seating, or for information about open caption Broadway performances, please contact our box office at 503-248-4335, or e-mail us at accessibility@portland5.com.
