Facility Condition Assessment Executive Summaries Released

In fall 2025, Portland’5 Centers for the Arts contracted with Säzän Group to conduct Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of the Portland’5 venues. The purpose of the FCAs was to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the physical conditions of building systems and provide short, medium, and long-term cost projections of the facilities. 

Säzän Group has prepared executive summaries to provide a broad overview of observations, key findings, and recommendations, with order-of-magnitude cost estimates for near-term and long-term corrective actions and capital renewals. Full reports with additional details on these findings and recommendations are being prepared and will be available soon.
